Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. These messages are fraudulent. The City of Helena Parking Division does not solicit payment for parking fines via text message. Questions? Call 406-447-8368.
The proposed project, at the City of Helena’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, will replace an existing failed pump station located between the two existing primary clarifiers and the additional underground piping between the pump station and main control building. The pump station is used to transport scum and floatable material from clarifiers at the plant. Replacement of the existing pump will improve treatment and reduce operation and maintenance efforts by plant employees. All work is proposed within the boundaries of the City of Helena Wastewater Treatment Facility.
