Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. The City of Helena is soliciting proposal submittals to provide consultant services for an update to the City of Helena’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Firms should have collective experience that includes expertise in parks, recreation, trails, program planning, policy development and effective community engagement. Please reference the attached request for proposal document for background information related to the City of Helena’s Park infrastructure, specific project requirements, question/answer deadlines, submittal due date, contract execution and anticipated start-up timeframes.
