Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. The City is requesting sealed proposals for the 6th Ward ADA Curb Ramps, Project No. TSD-26-19. The proposed project consists of replacing/installing numerous ADA curb ramps including transition sidewalk panels and adjacent curb & gutter; all to comply with PROWAG guidelines, City of Helena Engineering Standards, and Montana Public Works Standard Specifications (MPWSS).
To be considered for award, the proposal must state the name and number of the project, be addressed to the Transportation Systems Department, c/o Clerk of Commission, City of Helena, 316 N Park Avenue, Rm 323, Helena, Montana 59623, and be received by 2:30 P.M. local time on 04/02/2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read at 316 N Park Avenue, Room 326, Helena, MT 59623. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time of the public opening of bids.
