To reinstate your driver's license suspended for nonpayment of Helena Municipal Court Fines, please fill out the petition completely. Once the petition is returned to court and reviewed by the Judge, there will be a status hearing set where it will be determined if your license shall be reinstated. The status of your driver's license will not change if you do not appear for this hearing.
