If you have made payment arrangements with Helena Municipal Court and are unable to pay the amount that you were ordered to pay and wish to change the payment arrangements, you must appear before the Judge to do so. You may appear Monday through Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Requested extensions may not be granted and are only given upon review of individual cases.
If you are delinquent in your payments, all payments must be made immediately, or your file may be submitted to the Department of Revenue for collection or a warrant may be issued for your arrest.
