How to report or inquire about sight obstructions?

As outlined in City Ordinance, Title 7, Chapter 3, no buildings, structures, off-street parking spaces, fences, walls or landscaping shall be constructed or allowed to grow on any corner lot to impede vision of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
