Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. These messages are fraudulent. The City of Helena Parking Division does not solicit payment for parking fines via text message. Questions? Call 406-447-8368.
If a police officer for the City of Helena has issued you a citation, you must appear or contact the court on the date and time specified on your citation. Failure to do so could result in a warrant for your arrest and suspension of your driver’s license. Initial appearances for all citations are scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Monday, Wednesday or Friday. (With the exception of holiday closures.)
