On show days, the Box Office opens 1.5 hours prior to Door Time. 

The Box Office is located at the south end of the venue.

The Helena Civic Center parking lots are located on the north side of the building: 

• The primary parking lot is located on the corner of Benton Avenue and Stuart Street adjacent to the Benton Avenue/Ballroom entrance of the building.
• The second (overflow) parking lot is located directly across Stuart Street from the main parking lot on the north side of the building.
• Accessible parking spots are located in the southwest corner of the primary parking lot.

Additional Parking Options:

• Parking is available in the Getchell Garage located about one half block from the Civic Center (Benton/Northside entrance) on Getchell and Stuart streets.
• Street parking is available on Neill and Fuller streets and throughout the downtown area. Keep in mind that street parking in residential areas requires a permit during regular business hours.
