Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. HELENA, Mont. – [08:00 a.m.] Capital Transit is currently experiencing a phone and internet outage. As such, the transit dispatch team is unable to receive calls for service and ride scheduling. Patrons may still schedule rides through the Capital Transit App. while the phones are down, and the transit office is open. We apologize for this unexpected interruption of service. Technicians are working to restore the phone service as soon as possible.
