Current Parking Fines:

No one likes getting a parking ticket. If you are new to downtown or need help finding a place to park, call us at 406-447-8368. 

  • $30 for Kiosk or lot violations (Discount of $15 if fine is paid within 2 days of violation).
  • $30 for overtime and other street or safety violations
  • ADA parking space violation (Parking in an ADA parking space without proper placard or plate): $150 for first offense, $250 for each additional offense thereafter.
