Current Parking Fines:

No one likes getting a parking ticket. If you are new to downtown or need help finding a place to park, call us at 406-447-8368. 

  • $10 for Kiosk or lot violations
  • $25 for overtime and other street violations
  • $100 for a handicap violation. These fees are set by City of Helena Ordinance or federal law.

New Parking Fines Go Into Effect Starting July 01, 2026 - Please see below: 

  • $30 for Kiosk or lot violations (Discount of $15 if fine is paid within 2 days of violation).
  • $30 for overtime and other street or safety violations
  • $100 for ADA parking space violation (Parking in an ADA parking space without proper placard or plate).
