HELENA, Mont. — Please be advised that Judge Peterson will be unavailable on Monday, May 18. There will be no 10:00 a.m. initial appearances in Helena Municipal Court on Monday, May 18 only. Those scheduled to appear that Monday will be seen at 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20 or Friday, May 22.
