HELENA, Mont. — Starting next week, the City will begin a two-month project to replace a water main on Lawrence Street from Monroe to Park Ave. and sewer line on Lawrence between Dearborn and Benton Ave. This infrastructure was installed in 1920 and 1923 and has exceeded its design life. Temporary water service may be required periodically for affected residents, and the public may expect traffic delays or detours in the area due to project.
