The Greater Helena Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is a federally mandated entity comprised of local government organizations, that includes the City of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, City of East Helena, and Montana Department of Transportation. The Transportation Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC) is the technical advisory body of the MPO consisting of various subject matter experts to help inform decisions made by the Transportation Policy Coordinating Committee.
