Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. HELENA, Mont. – In May 2025, the Helena Citizens’ Council and the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce hosted an activity at the Spring Art Walk asking participants to write “Love Notes to the City of Helena.” Residents and visitors shared feedback on what they liked best about Helena and ways they think Helena could improve.
