Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. HELENA, Mont. – The Helena Open Lands Division will begin construction of the Goin’ EZ Trail in Mount Ascension Natural Park on Monday, March 30. The project will establish a trail connection between the 2006 Trail to the Eddye West Trail. Trail users will not be impacted, but equipment activity and associated noise should be expected during the daytime period. The city has contracted with DeWolf Excavation to complete this work.
