Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. HELENA, Mont. – The City of Helena will start discussing the Fiscal Year 2024 budget with the Commission in April, starting with a special work session on April 12. City Departments will present their proposed budgets for the next fiscal year to the Commission prior to the City Manager preparing a preliminary budget in June. The proposed schedule for adoption of the 2024 Fiscal Year budget is:
