The City of Helena’s administrative offices, Civic Center office, Municipal Court and the Transfer Station will be closed on Tuesday, November 3, for Election Day. Garbage collection will operate as normal. Capital Transit buses and dispatch will operate normally, but the administrative office will be closed. Bill Roberts Golf Course and Muni’s Restaurant will be open normal hours.
