About the HCC

The Helena Citizens Council brings people together to work as a community to improve the quality of life in Helena. Our gatherings focus on disseminating information about District and city-wide issues. We work to foster civic involvement through programs, services, and events.

The HCC is formed via Article IV of the City Charter(PDF, 520KB).
