Scam Alert: We have recently learned of a scam involving residents receiving text messages from an entity claiming to be the City of Helena, stating that they have unpaid parking tickets and must pay immediately. HELENA, Mont. – The City of Helena’s Parking Division customer service office is moving to the City-County Building, located at 316 N Park Avenue. Starting Monday, September 30, the Parking office will be open on the first-floor in room 151, where the information desk has been housed. The office will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on approved holidays.
