An amazing option for those serious about swimming! Coached by Jaque Trude or another awesome coach, participants will be guided through a variety of swim workouts!
Lap Swim
Lap swim lanes are available open to close, seven days a week.

Monday & Wednesday:
9:30am – 12:30pm: 4 Lanes
12:30pm – 4:00pm: 3 Lanes
4:00pm – 7:00pm: 2 Lanes
Tuesday & Thursday:
9:30am – 11:45am: 4 Lanes
11:45pm – 4:00pm: 3 Lanes
4:00pm – 7:00pm: 2 Lanes
Friday:
9:30am – 12:45pm: 4 + Lanes
12:30pm – 7:00pm: 3 Lanes
Saturday & Sunday:
1:00pm - 5:00pm: 3 Lanes
Kick boards and pool buoys are available for adult lap swimmers.

Come join a drop in game of water polo to get a great workout and have a blast!

Water Walking

Grab a group of friends, put on some sunscreen and come walk against the current in the Lazy River! For adults only.
