An amazing option for those serious about swimming! Coached by Jaque Trude or another awesome coach, participants will be guided through a variety of swim workouts!

Lap swim lanes are available open to close, seven days a week.

9:30am – 1:00pm: 4 Lanes

1:00pm – 4:00pm: 3 Lanes

4:00pm – 5:15pm: 2 Lanes

5:15pm – 6:30pm: 1 Lane

6:30pm - 7:00pm: 2 Lanes

Tuesday & Thursday:

9:30am - 10:30am: 2 Lanes

10:30am - 1:00pm: 4 Lanes

1:00pm - 4:00pm: 3 Lanes

4:00pm - 5:15pm: 2 Lanes

5:15pm - 7:00pm: 1 Lane

Friday:

9:30am – 12:45pm: 4 Lanes

Saturday & Sunday:

Kick boards and pool buoys are available for adult lap swimmers.
