If you are already registered, you are welcome to use the same link to “Sign In” and update your address, telephone number or e-mail address. Unless you voluntarily sign-up, you won’t receive future emergency alerts (fires, floods, evacuations and etc.).
There is also a SMART 911 app that can be downloaded for FREE at the App Store or Google Play.
HPD will dispose of personal property (valued over $20) after 90 days. If the HPD takes possession of unclaimed property, the HPD will take reasonable steps to identify and contact the legal owner. The list will be up on our web page for 90 days after which the property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder.
