A virtual event is scheduled for March 16.

The City of Helena is inviting the community to participate in a public meeting for its new Strategic Plan for Waste Reduction. On Wednesday, March 16, representatives from Zero Waste Associates will present a summary of the top strategies for Waste Reduction that have been identified through a public engagement effort. The proposed strategies are a direct result of feedback received through community engagement activities, including public surveys and a kick-off meeting that was held in February.

The upcoming virtual event will provide participants an opportunity to share further feedback on the solutions that are being proposed for the strategic plan.
