Helena Citizens' Council

The Helena Citizens' Council is an elected body composed of four representatives from each of seven neighborhood districts. Established by City Charter, the HCC reviews and recommends actions relating to the annual budget, and makes recommendations relating to the future development of the city.

The HCC still has a few vacancies beginning January, 2024. If you would like to serve on the HCC please complete the online application link here (scroll to the bottom) https://www.helenamt.gov/Government/City-Elections or download a paper copy here(PDF, 338KB) and when completed, take to the Clerk of Commission Office room 323 in the City County Building.

There will be one opening in HCC District #5 and 3 openings in HCC District #6.
