The City of Helena is accepting proposals for printing and mailing of its utility bills, license renewals, and delinquency notices. Complete bid specifications and pertinent information necessary for submitting a proposal are available in room 150 of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Avenue, Helena, MT, 59623 or by calling 406- 447-8074. The deadline for receiving proposals will be prior to 5:00 P.M., MDT, March 31, 2023.
