The City Traffic Division is responsible for repairing and replacing damaged and missing signs within the city limits.  The Traffic Division follows the Federal MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) for placement and installation of all signs within city right of way.  We do not install signs on private drives or parking lots. 

The Traffic Division is primarily a maintenance division therefore does not make decisions on new sign placement.  To request a sign or sign study please contact the City Engineering Division or visit the Engineering Division website for a sign request form, click here.

To report a missing or damaged sign please contact us at 447-1550 and leave a message if necessary.  Please provide a name, address, phone number and location of missing/damaged sign and we will respond promptly.
