    The City is requesting sealed bids for West Main Street – Street, Water, Sewer and Storm Drain Reconstruction (Rebid), Project No. 14-21.

    To be considered for award, the bid must state the name and number of the project, be addressed to the Clerk of Commission, City of Helena, 316 North Park Avenue, Helena, Montana 59623 and be received by 2:00 P.M. local time on February 6, 2018 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time of the public opening of bids.

    The opening and reading of the bids will occur in Room 326 of the City-County Building, 316 North Park Avenue, Helena, Montana.

    The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of about 2,350-feet of West Main Street and 400-feet of Grizzly Gulch Drive. Work includes water and sewer main replacement, the installation of a storm drain system, sidewalks, signing and striping.
