Helena Municipal Court - Traffic Citations

If a police officer for the City of Helena has issued you a citation, you must appear or contact the court on the date and time specified on your citation. Failure to do so could result in a warrant for your arrest and suspension of your driver’s license.

Initial appearances for all citations are scheduled at 10:00 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Clerk’s office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
