Prisoners (Defendants in Custody)

Helena Municipal Court sees prisoners (defendants in custody) via closed circuit television at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.  If someone was arrested the night before and did not post bond and is in custody at the Lewis & Clark County Detention Center that defendant will be seen in Helena Municipal Court the following morning.
