Helena Municipal Court - Parking Citations

Parking citations issued by the Helena Parking Commission are paid at the HPC located at the Chamber of Commerce Building, 225 Cruse Avenue, Suite C, Helena, MT 59601 and can be reached at (406) 447-8420.

If you have received a summons and complaint from Helena Municipal Court regarding delinquent parking citations you must pay the amount indicated on the summons or appear on or before the date indicated on the summons.

Failure to pay or appear by the date on the summons will result in the issuance of a warrant for your arrest.
